As the Strategic Operations Manager, Emily leads and supports the internal work of the Office of Academic & Career Success, which includes the areas of finance, human resources, operations, and strategic planning. Her role provides structure and operational assistance for the OACS staff who work directly with the advising, career services, and learning support communities.
Emily has worked in student services at UW-Madison since 2011 in both career counseling as well as academic advising with the Career Exploration Center and Cross-College Advising Service. She earned her BA from the University of Minnesota, and her MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. When not at work, you can find Emily reading a book, enjoying the outdoors, and cheering on Badger athletics.
