For Supervisors

The Office of Academic & Career Success (OACS) is committed to providing advising, career services, and learning support leaders and supervisors with the resources needed to foster a supportive work environment where advisors, career services, and learning support staff can have opportunities to grow and thrive in their work.

Please see below for OACS programming and resources, plus campus-wide organizations that support leaders and supervisors.

The Office of Academic & Career Success facilitates monthly professional development events for supervisors in advising, career services, and learning support roles. Whether you’re new to supervising or a seasoned leader looking to strengthen your skills, Supervisor Sessions offer a valuable opportunity to learn, connect, and grow.

Each monthly professional development session will bring supervisors together to explore a specific leadership or supervisory topic. Participants will also have dedicated time for confidential peer consultation, allowing participants to share challenges, exchange ideas, and learn from colleagues’ experiences.

Register for Supervisor Sessions through the OACS event calendar!
