Advising 101

This workshop is for new advising staff to take a deep dive into the advising landscape at UW-Madison. Coffee and light breakfast will be provided. The workshop will be a mix of presentations and interactive elements, and topics will include:
- Structure of advising at UW
- The Office of Academic & Career Success’ support for advising
- Hearing from experienced advising staff
- Professional development and training opportunities
- Community building with other new advising staff
