The Career Services Executive Committee (CSEC) makes recommendations, or decisions when appropriate, about campus-wide career services strategy and issues. The committee is focused on addressing inequities and making data-informed decisions to improve the collective student experience around career support and success, as well as increasing collaboration and information-sharing across units.
It includes director-level representation from all school/college units, as well as other, centrally situated offices, such as the Career Exploration Center and the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Educational Achievement. The Director for Institutional Career Services Strategy leads CSEC in partnership with a co-chair from the career services community.
