The Office of Academic & Career Success (OACS) is committed to providing advising, career services, and learning support leaders and supervisors with the resources needed to foster a supportive work environment where advisors, career services, and learning support staff can have opportunities to grow and thrive in their work.
Please see below for OACS programming and resources, plus campus-wide organizations that support leaders and supervisors.
The Office of Academic & Career Success facilitates a monthly Supervisor’s Community of Practice for advising, career services, and learning support staff. Communities of Practice provide space for colleagues who share common challenges and opportunities to collaborate to deepen their understanding and build skills through ongoing learning and knowledge sharing.
If you’d like to join the Supervisor’s Community of Practice, please contact Emily Dickmann.
