DESCRIPTION:Helping Skills and Practice is a series of interactive workshops designed for staff members working in advising\, career services\, and learning support\, and can be especially helpful for new community members. This workshop offers a space to strengthen foundational skills and explore key theories that inform and guide our work with students. \nParticipants will engage in hands-on activities\, peer discussion\, and practical exercises that can be applied directly to day-to-day work. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a virtual training designed to help you confidently manage student and alumni outcomes within 12twenty. In this 12twenty training session\, you’ll learn how to approve and edit student‑submitted outcomes\, as well as add post‑graduation outcomes. This is the second level of training for 12twenty that manager-level administrative users must complete. If you need administrative access\, you can request it using the 12twenty administrative account request form. \nThis training session will focus on: \n\nStrategies for ensuring accuracy of submitted outcomes\nIdentifying still seeking and non-respondent alumni\nBest practices for adding in outcomes based on external research\nProviding real world examples for career advisors and employer relations staff \n\nWe’ll also cover the process for bulk uploading outcomes for the First Destination and Workplace Experience surveys\, plus talk about data collection efforts by DAPIR for alumni who continue their education immediately following graduation.  \nNote: This level 2 training has two prerequisites.
