SUMMARY:Motivational Interviewing Training
DESCRIPTION:Motivational Interviewing Training is an interactive workshop that will provide opportunities to explore the theory and practice behind the concept of Motivational Interviewing (MI).  \nThe concept of Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative\, goal-oriented style of communication with particular attention to the language of change. MI is practiced with an underlying spirit (or way of being with people) and a set of core skills\, and in this session participants will engage in experiential exercises meant to build this spirit and the core skills of MI.
