DESCRIPTION:Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a guiding style of communication that helps people explore their own goals and move toward meaningful change. This approach sits between simply listening and actively giving advice. It’s about being collaborative\, asking thoughtful questions\, listening with empathy\, and supporting others as they make decisions that feel right for them.  \nIn this highly interactive workshop\, you will learn how Motivational Interviewing can strengthen your conversations with students\, as well as colleagues\, supervisees\, employers\, alumni\, and campus partners. DESCRIPTION:Join us for this virtual training session to learn about the tools available within 12twenty that reflect data from the First Destination Survey (FDS) and the Workplace Experience Survey (WES). This is the first level of training for 12twenty that all administrative users must complete. If you need administrative access\, you can request it using the 12twenty administrative account request form. \nThis session will cover: \n\nAn overview of the available dashboards and reports\nBest practices for navigating the filtering features within reports\nReal-world examples tailored for career advisors and employer relations teams\nAn overview of how survey data is collected and integrated\n\nNote: Participants must take (or have already taken) the 30-minute virtual Data@UW training prior to attending this training. \nLevel 2 training is also available once you’ve completed this Level 1 training. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a virtual training designed to help you confidently manage student and alumni outcomes within 12twenty. In this 12twenty training session\, you’ll learn how to approve and edit student‑submitted outcomes\, as well as add post‑graduation outcomes. This is the second level of training for 12twenty that manager-level administrative users must complete. If you need administrative access\, you can request it using the 12twenty administrative account request form. \nThis training session will focus on: \n\nStrategies for ensuring accuracy of submitted outcomes\nIdentifying still seeking and non-respondent alumni\nBest practices for adding in outcomes based on external research\nProviding real world examples for career advisors and employer relations staff \n\nWe’ll also cover the process for bulk uploading outcomes for the First Destination and Workplace Experience surveys\, plus talk about data collection efforts by DAPIR for alumni who continue their education immediately following graduation.  \nNote: This level 2 training has two prerequisites.
